1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account on 949t, accessing any part of the platform at 949-t.bar, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 949t services.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and 949t. They apply to all games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and customer-support interactions on this platform. Continued use of your account after any update to these terms counts as acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a 949t account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned by 949t.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses tied to the extra account will be voided. 949t reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time during registration or later.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

949t supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (৳).

Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. 949t may request KYC documents before releasing your first withdrawal. Funds that have not completed the required wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn as cash.

949t does not charge transaction fees. Any fees imposed by your mobile money provider or bank are outside our control and are your responsibility.

4. Bonus and Promotional Policy

Bonus abuse

949t monitors accounts for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging across markets, matched betting using promotional funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer. If abuse is detected, bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. If a technical fault interrupts a game round before it completes, the round will either be voided and your stake returned, or completed using a verified random result — whichever the provider's rules specify. 949t is not responsible for internet outages on your side.

Sports bets accepted in error at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a software fault may be voided by 949t with your stake refunded. Bets placed on events whose result was already known at the time of placing are void.

Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

949t is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are:

You may close your own account at any time by contacting live chat or emailing support. Any remaining real-money balance (not bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 26 minutes of the request being processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

949t provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to games or betting markets. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur, during which the platform may be temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, 949t's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any claim that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

949t may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated version will always be available at 949-t.bar/terms-of-service/ with the revision date shown at the top of the page.

If you continue using 949t after the effective date of a revision, you are considered to have accepted the new terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account before it takes effect and withdraw your remaining real-money balance.
